- Durchführung von Prozess
- und Datenanalysen zur Identifikation von Optimierungs
- und Verbesserungspotentialen
- Aufbereitung und Visualisierung der gewonnenen Analyse-Erkenntnisse auf Managementniveau
- Initiierung, Leitung, Steuerung und Abschluss von Projekten mit überwiegend operativem Hintergrund
- Implementierungsunterstützung neuer Prozesse und Ergebnismonitoring nach erfolgter Umsetzung
- Unterstützung und operative Umsetzungsprüfung von Innovationsprozessen innerhalb des Geschäftsfelds
- Förderung des interdisziplinären und unternehmensübergreifenden Informations
- und Wissensaustausch

**Das bringen Sie mit**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (aus dem IT- oder Wirtschaftsumfeld)
- Ausgezeichnete MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung in der Datenbankadministration und im Projektmanagement von Vorteil
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Logistik
- und/oder Transportmanagement
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Transportnetzwerk
- und Planungswerkzeugen (z.B. ArcGis) wünschenswert
- Hohe Ziel
- und Ergebnisorientierung
- Analytisch-logisches Denkvermögen
- Ausgeprägte Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
