**YOUR TASKS**
- Reporting to the product owner for your area: you take ownership for the end to end analysis and definition of new feature improvements to our mobile app and/or internet banking channels.
- You also ensure that the user acceptance testing of those features meet your original design.
- Definition of user stories with a good balance between detail and speed.
- Acceptance criteria driven analysis to define new features.
- Understanding our data model, and product codes and technical product rules so that the features you design already consider the technical environment.
- Writing user stories Acceptance Criteria in Gherkin format (Given, When, Then).
- Documenting larger projects in Confluence and translating the requirements from Confluence into EPICs and user stories in JIRA.
- Collaboration with our App, Java, Data, and Core Bank developers to write technical. requirements that bridge the gap between business need and our technical systems.
- Close teamwork with Product Owner, Scrum Master, UX and QA team members.
- Taking your own initiative for continuous quality & specifications improvements of templates and standards.

**YOUR PROFILE**
What we are looking for:

- Experience in User Story writing (preferably with Gherkin notation: Given, When, Then)
- Passionate about SCRUM and User Story way of work
- Excellent knowledge of Business Analysis, System Analysis
- Experience in using JIRA and Confluence
- Independent worker, while being a team player, good with stakeholder management
- Required: Experience in system analysis
- Beneficial: Experience in product management, Postman and Proxyman

About you:

- You have 3 years or more experience in analysis or product design.
- You are not scared to jump into a SQL database or source code file to figure out how a data mapping works.
- You might have original training or experience in coding but you prefer working in business analysis, system analysis or product design.
- You are analytical and structured with great attention to detail.
- You can easily come up with various scenarios that need to be tested for a new product features. You think about exception scenarios and not just happy scenarios.
- You can translate pseudo code from a developer into “Given, When, Then” statements and visa versa you can explain “Given, When, Then” rules to your developer colleagues.
- You are responsive and work well in a remote work setup.
- Required: Good English language skills (B2 to C1 equivalent level)
- Beneficial: Good German language skills

We guarantee a competitive salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications, starting at € 37.312,10 gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement. Salary requests above this amount will be considered depending on your previous experience and qualifications.
