**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Work with key stakeholders from relevant business (Logistics, Retail) and support demand planning
- Ensure compliance and audit-proof documentation of entire sourcing process in line with procedures
- Plan and perform tenders acc. sourcing strategy, evaluate offers based on agreed scoring
- Negotiate offers to achieve competitive prices and enforce company’s contract standards
- Involve all relevant support functions (Legal, HSSE, Tax, etc.) and decision-making bodies
- Manage full contract lifecycle incl. catalogue implementation, claim resolution, price update, re-negotiation, prolongation
- Execute purchase orders (incl. obtaining approvals) and track orders in relevant systems

**Your profile**:

- Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant technical field
- At least 9 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in functional procurement area
- Strong knowledge in the field of category optimization (market analysis, optimization levers, cost analysis, etc.) as well as in state-of-the-art procurement procedures (tenders, negotiations, contracting, purchase to pay)
- Relevant technical understanding and experience with Retail and/or Logistics supply markets
- Experience in managing cross-functional intercultural teams without having (direct) reporting line
- Excellent English language skills, German and/or Romanian beneficial
- Readiness to travel
