**Your Opportunity**
**Your Mission**
Finance Transformation:
- **Lead, improve and digitalize all planning & forecasting processes** addressing the needs of a dynamic business
- Take the lead to **implement a fully integrated planning, forecasting and simulation model** partnering with FP&A, BI, accounting, sales and ops
Cash Steering:
- **Drive cross-functional collaboration**, partnering with supply chain, procurement, sales, accounting and FP&A for efficient cash steering
- **Lead functional aspects of treasury**:
- **Support accounting on specialized finance topics** like intercompany financing
- Foster **strong relationships with external stakeholders** including banks and tax authorities
- Work with FP&A, BI and accounting on a** fully integrated planning, forecasting and simulation model**
Working Capital Management:
- **Collaborate with the sales team** to review and manage accounts receivable invoices, overseeing the dunning process and maintaining effective communication and reporting with the insurance agency
- Independently **oversee bad debt insurance, ensuring compliance with set timelines** and proactive communication with the insurance agency
**Your Skills**
- Degree in **business or economics**:
- Several years of relevant **experience **within **FP&A working in a central FP&A function**:
- **Advanced Excel skills**:
- Experience with **implementing a planning & forecasting tool** or at least as a domain lead for planning & forecasting processes
- Very good **German and English language skills**:
- Ability to **handle change and shifting priorities**

For this position, we offer you a **gross monthly salary starting at EUR 3.500 on a full-time basis**. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an **appropriate overpayment**. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
