To meet the demands of our customers we are looking for a for an experienced Solution Manager to strengthen the team.

We are looking for a person that takes ownership, has good communication skills, is customer oriented and has a strong technical background.

Your Tasks
You carry operations responsibility for the FIX order routing infrastructure (FIX-Engine) and provide support in daily operations of Equity and Fixed Income trading systems according to SLAs
You build and maintain strong client and external vendor relationships, and provide day-to-day client advice and support
You design, ensure, and coordinate operational and organizational processes in close cooperation with the external vendors and internal IT functions (Infrastructure, IT Service Desk, Compliance Team, etc)
You act as SPOC for line management during the major incident and problem escalation procedures
What you bring to the team
A proven track-record of 5+ years working in IT or banking industries
Ideally knowledge of banking and the domain trading business and products (e.g. securities, bonds)
Solid scripting knowledge and experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python
Java development knowledge (Spring framework) and MS SQL know-how
Application lifecycle knowledge (planning, requirements analysis, implementation, operation)
Ability to work well with people and quickly establish good working relationships with clients
Team player who likes to work in agile teams taking full responsibility for defined tasks
Very good command of English, both spoken and written; German knowledge is an advantage

We guarantee a competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications. We have the IT collective agreement in place, but offer for this position a minimum of 52.220;
- gross per year. But this is just a formality, we are more than happy to discuss your actual salary expectations.
