You’ll lead pricing initiatives that drive profitability and customer value, using market insights and segmentation to position our products competitively. **YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Develop & Execute Pricing Strategies**: Provide global guidance on pricing approaches, including standardization, value selling based on customer segmentation, pricing excellence and market benchmarking
- **Lead Price Campaigns**: Drive pricing guidelines and ad hoc campaigns (e.g., energy, paper), aligning Sales, Commercial excellence and Operations goals.
- **Design Pricing Models**: Develop value-based pricing frameworks incorporating volume, order patterns, innovation components etc. in alignment with Sales, the Commercial Excellence team & Operations.
- **Govern Price Adjustments**: Create and monitor concession guidelines, authorization levels, manage price trackers, and ensure governance of pricing reviews.
- **Monitor Price Performance**:Establish a culture of regular price monitoring to identify pricing opportunities and adjustments supported by defined KPIs
- **Manage Pricing Tools**:Steer the implementation of pricing tools, processes and business intelligence platforms to support decision-making and maintain them
- **Support Business Cases**: Build pricing strategies for new value-add components, innovations and trial cost frameworks to support commercial decisions.

**WHAT YOU BRING ALONG**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- **Professional Experience**: ~5+ years in strategic pricing, revenue management, or similar roles.
- **Analytical Expertise**: Skilled in data analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and interpreting market trends.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Experience with pricing software, BI tools, and CRM systems.
- **Strong Communicator**: Effective at influencing stakeholders, with a strategic mindset and results-driven approach. Fluent in English (spoken & written), any other language is an advantage.
