**Ihre Aufgabe**: Als MitarbeiterIn technische Dokumentation sind sie für die Bereitstellung und Lieferung der technischen Dokumentation an unsere Kunden verantwortlich. Wir bieten Ihnen die Möglichkeit, das Team "Tools & Documentation" im folgenden **Aufgabenbereich** zu unterstützen. Sie sind dabei verantwortlich für: - Generierung und Prüfung von angelieferten Dokumenten und Dokumentationsartefakten auf Vollständigkeit - Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung der Dokumentationslieferprozesse - Sprachliche Qualitätssicherung und Wartung der Texte für die Programmoberfläche - Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung dieser Lieferprozesse - Schnittstellenaufgaben zwischen Dokumentationsteam und Fachbereich (z.B. Programmierer, Software-Analysten) - Mit KollegInnen koordinieren Sie Konzepte und deren Entwicklung um gemeinsam die Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen **Ihr Profil**: - Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse sowie Sicherheit im Formulieren und bei der Qualitätssicherung von Texten - Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Medieninformatik (wie z.B. HTL, FH, Universität) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung - Erfahrung mit Content Management Systemen (z.B. Confluence) - Grundkenntnisse zu Datenbanken (SQL) und Datenbanktools - Kenntnisse in Excel VBA sind von Vorteil - Sie bringen umfassendes Verständnis für technische Abläufe und Zusammenhänge mit Für diese Position gilt ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgrundgehalt von EUR 35.252,00 brutto pro Jahr.
