**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Managing job postings and job boards.
- Creating and editing job ads.
- Scheduling and coordinating internal meetings.
- Tracking recruitment metrics and preparing reporting.
- Screening and interviewing entry level positions.
- Assisting integration process.
- Assisting recruitment across different regions.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Active student of HR- or business-related studies.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Attention to details and consciousness.
- Ability to work with stakeholders in different regions.
- Willingness to learn and develop in HR field.
