Your mission
We are looking for an I mplementation Manager (f/m/d) who will lead the onboarding and successful rollout of our supply chain risk management solutions for customers. Your main tasks will be:

- Oversee the implementation and onboarding of supply chain risk management solutions, ensuring successful rollout for customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding, guiding customers from setup to full adoption of the solution.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to assess and prepare data, systems, and processes for smooth integration.
- Train customer teams on using the platform and monitor solution performance, usage, and compliance with regulations.
- Continuously improve the implementation process, ensuring customer satisfaction and a smooth handover to the customer success team post-implementation.

**Profile**:
**Must-haves**:

- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. customer success, onboarding or project management) or with SaaS & digital solutions, ideally in supply chain or risk management areas
- Very good Excel skills, tech-savviness and ability to work with various technologies and online platforms
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage relationships across various industries and sectors
- Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to diverse work environments.
- Familiarity or willingness to work in a high-paced start-up environment
- Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken
- Valid work permit for Austria

**Bonus points for**:

- Completed higher education (HAK, HTL, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent)
- Previous experience in technical industry, procurement industry or supply chain environment
- Previous experience or exposure with EUDR or similar deforestation regulations
