Implementation Manager

The Implementation Manager is responsible for a smooth onboarding process of new customers by transitioning them from the Sales process through provisioning, design and implementation of their new platform, whilst reinforcing the Emarsys vision of data-driven true 1 to 1 Personalisation.

**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for onboarding new clients through provisioning, design and implementation of their new platform
- Enable and empower the customer to use the platform
- Ensure platform adoption
- Responsible for quality of setup and ensuring best practice in order to reduce burden on the Support organisation post onboarding
- Act as field representatives for the Product team to present future enhancements to customers and feedback client requests
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Managers to ensure customer experience is of the highest quality
- Responsible for providing technical guidance and training to the client and supporting through setup
- Client advocate for product enhancement process
- Has to handle multi project workloads & clear demonstrable client communication planning

**YOUR PROFILE**
- University degree in business informatics/informatics/computer sciences or similar (or equivalent certification)
- Ideally 3+ years of practical experience in IT consulting or project management (Junior profiles are welcome too as we have 2 openings)
- Profound knowledge of web technologies (HTML/XML/PHP/JavaScript) and web infrastructure overview
- Project Management experience within Marketing or SaaS industry is a benefit
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English and German is required, additional Eastern European language is a benefit
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Strong internal and external relationship development skills
- Strong business requirements analysis skills
