**Our business**

**Your role**: The Senior HR Business Partner acts a proactive sparring partner for management & relevant stakeholders in the Corporate & Finance Division. Coaching line managers in relation to People & Culture / Leadership topics whilst adding Group perspective.
- Play an active role in the implementation of OMV People & Culture strategy by considering business needs
- Act as an ambassador & role model for our OMV new purpose and values; act as Talent Manager
- Ensure effective execution of People & Culture policies and processes
- Provide People & Culture guidance, solutions and pragmatic support for Management and employees of Corporate & Finance Division in People & Culture related matters
- Drive relevant annual People & Culture processes as Manpower Planning, People Review (Calibration PxP), Annual Salary Increase/Premium etc. & taking over some overall team coordination tasks
- Facilitate and moderate People & Culture topic related workshops and meetings and be active part in People & Culture CoEs projects by bringing in the E2E People & Culture / Business view
- Add value to the functions by making (pro-active) proposals for succession and job rotation. Drive Talent Development actions and implement talent strategies to support succession planning
- Handle operational and labor-legal People & Culture requests and align with relevant stakeholders if required
- Point of contact for and trustful cooperation with the works council
- Drive change & transformation projects to support the Organization in further development in structure, capabilities and culture
- Participate in relevant People & Culture projects or Corporate & Finance Division projects requiring People & Culture involvement
- Act according to processes, procedures, regulations and seek for cross-divisional alignment and consistency whenever applicable

**Your profile**:

- University degree Master/Diploma in HR, Business Administration or other relevant study area
- Minimum 9 years professional and progressive work experience within a corporate HR environment
- Demonstrable experience in a simialr capacity gained within a multi national company
- Ability to handle multiple requets/projects in parallel while proritizing and executing in time
- Fluent in both English and German
