Your Tasks
- ** Shape the Future of HR**:Be at the forefront of aligning HR strategies with business goals, ensuring a seamless connection between people and performance

Your Profile
- Degree in business administration/HR or similar field
- Proven HR expertise with generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of Austrian employment law
- Experience in leading change initiatives and talent management
- Interest in new work models and employment trends
- IT literate with experience in HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)

Our Offer

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 3.800,31- per month based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week).
