**Trade Marketing and Digitalization Associate (f/m/d)**
The position is part of the Commercial Planning (Trade Marketing Excellence) and responsible for the maintenance and development of digital initiatives. The position is part of the Sales team and reports to the Planning Manager. We work in an agile and highly collaborative (cross-functional) team. Key objective for this position is to strengthen digital capabilities in the Sales team and to foster and support Marketing & Sales programs.
**What are the main areas of responsibility?**
You will
- Drive digital initiatives in the Marketing & Sales departments to optimize our ways of working and be an active member of the commercial planning team
- Support the Field Force and other departments with the development of tailored reports and dashboards in Microsoft PowerBI (mobile & desktop)
- Maintain and further develop JTI data management process with Microsoft PowerBI and other tools
- Support the trade marketing team in daily business activities (back office)
- Develop trade segmentations and analyze trade programs in cross-functional teams
**Who are we looking for?**
Ideally, you have
- University degree (BA, BSc) in Informatics, Business Informatics or equivalent in work experience
- 1 year of working experience in Data modelling and database programming (SQL, DAX) Experience in marketing & sales and/or FMCG preferred
- Fluency in written and oral English, German B2 required
- Programming skills and knowledge in data modelling are a must.
- Experience in MS Office 365 (Excel, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint), Project Management.

**Our offer**

In addition to extensive social benefits, a total annual gross salary of at least € 42.000 is provided for this position if the requirements are met. Depending on qualification and previous experience, the willingness to overpay is given.
