OVERVIEW As our new **Custome**r Care Executive** (M/F/d) in **Vienna** you will use your communication skills and passion for people and sports to support our partners to grow their businesses and to use Eversports Manager in the most efficient way. In this role you will work in close cooperation with the Sales department and have the opportunity to take over more ales tasks as you grow. YOUR TASKS - You are the main contact for our BENELUX partners (sport venues, Yoga studios, etc.) - You support our existing B2B partners via all support channels such as the ticket system, in writing via live chat and via telephone - You cooperate with our Sales department and help to develop the BENELUX market by generating new business opportunities - You maintain and improve the online helpdesk ensuring the content is up to date, relevant and easy to use - You contribute to the development of our software product and you are working together with the Product Development team based on the customers' feedback - You continuously improve our processes through close exchange with Sales, Operations and Product Development regarding customer feedback - You are able to manage your activities independently YOUR PROFILE - Customer centricity and willingness to help and satisfy customer needs - Ability to consult and convince customers with a professional appearance as well as a winning personality - Solution-orientated and the ability to tackle problems quickly, efficiently and thinking outside of the box - Excellent Dutch and good English skills both verbal and written (French or German is a plus) - You are a team player with an organized work style who never loses the focus on results - Your communication skills are very good, you are assertive and stress-resistant - You don't take feedback personally but think as it of a way to grow - Passion for sports, activities and maintaining your social life WHAT WE OFFER - Flexible hours and a high degree of personal responsibility - Hybrid work setup - 35 hour working week - Freedom and budget for traveling to meet our amazing team in Amsterdam - Freely available budget and extra vacation days for further trainings and self-improvement - Monthly budget for sports at Eversports - Apple or Windows laptop as well as additional hardware - Joint after-work activities and cross-national team events - Passionate, international, innovative and, of course, sporty team - A beautiful open office in the heart of the city that waits for you to bring out the best of it - And here's the fine print: For this position we will offer a minimum monthly gross salary of € 2.000 (based on full-time 38,5h) with the willingness to overpay depending on qualification and experience._ We look forward to hearing from you
