For a behind-the-scenes look, check out our Monster Culture blog, this little video and Roche code4life to see what makes mySugr and Roche tick. **Here's what we're looking for**: We are looking for three experienced **Product Manager/PO/SDM** who share our passion for agile product development and are able to drive it forward as we are transitioning to SAFe. As an SDM in SCS, you will be and act as a Product Manager as described in SAFe 5.1. We are not only agile on paper but we live and breathe it daily and are constantly optimizing our working methods. For our new ARTs we are looking for a Product Manager who will work closely with different stakeholders (Architect, Release Train Engineers, Business Owners, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Medical, Regulatory, Marketing, Security & Privacy, etc.) to make their ART successful. Our ultimate aim is that our teams work effectively together and drive for the outcome. As a SAFe Product Manager you are responsible to meet business goals, continuously deliver product functionality, and get those products out to customers, ensuring that the products are supported and enhanced. **Your mission**: - Are responsible to maximize the (customer & business) **value** of the product from a total Roche Diabetes Care perspective in alignment with business owners (such as International Business Leaders) as well as with the teams and individuals from the ART (which will include colleagues from R&D, SCS, Medical, Quality, and Regulatory). - Provide strategic product direction, bringing the primary vision of the customer and business goals together - Ensure that the Agile Release Train is delivering toward the aligned business goals and product vision. All in order to deliver the most optimal product at the right time and in the most efficient manner possible - Have a passion for the products. You own, develop, and communicate the product vision, roadmap, prioritized program backlog and define PI goals and releases - Are the main nexus of decision making for the product / solution and in a way that both aligns with the stakeholders and business values while also shielding and guiding the teams - Support sequencing of enablers and Non Functional Requirements (NFRs) - Drive collaboration with relevant stakeholders and coordinates dependencies between programs/ARTs - Accept completion of features as defined in SAFe (the word "feature" might differ from the terminology used in your current context) - Work with Product Owners and System Architects to ensure the teams understand the prioritized backlog. You negotiate and align with the Product Owners, System Architects and of course the teams on the acceptance criteria for epics/features - Align stakeholders, facilitates transparency, manages & calibrates expectations, and drives needed commitments with a sensitivity to timeliness and priorities - Meet regularly with stakeholders to inform about how much incremental value has been generated via PI reviews and system demos, request changes, and communicate changes in a timely manner. **As an SDM, you will** - Manage the ideation process and drive accelerators to explore identified opportunities and break them down into customer needs. - Build business cases, business plans and financial forecasts for all franchise-led investments, based on evaluation of commercial viability of ideas - Prepare work ahead of process gates to deliver crucial proof of concept, coordinate teams towards gate approval, ensuring that business cases remain valid and up-to-date. **Who you are**: - A true product person, with a passion for the user's needs and how we solve them - A leader capable of synthesising customer needs, business demands and competing priorities into a winning product strategy and empowering the teams to deliver that strategy - A person that can connect well with product teams and supporting functions to ensure a trusted relationship that will enable the ART to deliver towards the vision. **Essential skills for your mission**: - You are employed at RDC (which includes mySugr) as desc
