For our highly motivated Merchant Performance Team we are looking for a Merchant Communication Associate (M/F/x). Working closely with your great team, you will make sure that only merchants with the best quality and the best service sell on our marketplace.

- You are communicative and able to deal with stressful situations in a friendly and calm way
- You have excellent language skills and an ability to express yourself in a clear and understandable way
- You love to work with high impartiality and objectivity and to take fact based actions and decisions
- You work in a strongly solution oriented way and enjoy sharing your knowledge with your colleagues
- You enjoy working on cross-departmental projects
- You are fluent in German and English
- You don’t use the term “That doesn’t work”
- You care about the world and want to spend your time making a difference

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- You ensure that only merchants with the best quality and the best service sell on our marketplace
- You intervene in cases where our quality and service guidelines are not met by our merchants
- You are the main contact person for our Customer Service Team, keeping the team up to date on our merchant's performance
- You support decisions whether our merchants may continue to offer devices on our marketplace in a fact-based way
- You work closely with other departments and contribute to a more sustainable future
- You have a lot of fun doing all of these tasks :)

- You speak further european languages (Italian, French, Polish, Swedish, Slovenian,...) in addition to your strong German and English skills
