Location Athens

Your responsibilities:

- Act as CRM Key User for the Mediterranean market, ensuring data maintenance, compliance, process optimization and training.
- Handle CRM data reporting and support marketing activities with CRM insights.
- Process direct shipment orders and maintain order tracking in CRM.
- Provide operational support for Academy, Marketing, Professional Services and finance teams.
- Assist the Head of Mediterranean Market in customer-oriented processes.
- Manage the ordering and logistics of exhibition materials, tools, and training equipment.
- Oversee inventory management
- Perform various administrative and organizational tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and processes.

Your qualifications:

- Languages: English (C1 level or higher) and Greek (native).
- Previous experience as an assistant; any experience in sales is a plus.
- School graduation, work experience related to position are adequate.
- Strong affinity for IT systems and proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge in tool “Salesforce” is an advantage.
- Proactive, hands-on mentality with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
- No travelling required.
- Fully remote.
