As a Global Collection Manager, you cover two main areas of Emarsys cash collection function.

On one hand, you are supervising, guiding and advising your colleagues in charge of cash collections in local Emarsys offices (Paris, London, Istanbul, Moscow, Indianapolis,Hong Kong) and you report global results to the headquarters.

On the other hand, you work hands on with Emarsys customers within DACH region to collect missed and outstanding payments in this region. This is a very crucial role with global impact.

**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**

**CASH COLLECTION WITHIN DACH REGION**
- Independent and autonomous processing of claims or initiation of further measures
- Regular dunning runs for the DACH region (Oracle)
- Independent booking of incoming payments
- Documentation of the conversations held and execution of the correspondence
- Cooperation with Legal, Accounting, Client Success department
- Review, approval and monitoring of instalment payment agreements
- Reconciliation of accounts with clients
- Registration of claims in insolvency proceedings

**GLOBAL CASH COLLECTION**
- Regular monthly calls with the global collection team
- Regular reports and analyses of the worldwide receivables status in all Emarsys locations

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You bring minimum 4 years of experience in cash collection/finance/accounting or in a similar area.
- You are fluent in both ENGLISH and GERMAN.
- You have good Excel skills.
- You are a results-driven individual who can balance assertiveness and empathy.
- You have strong organizational and communication skills and are able to balance competing priorities.
- You take initiative and are able to work in a dynamic environment across all levels of management and across functions and geographies.
- You are confident, energetic, demonstrate good judgment and are able to influence outcomes globally.
