**Position overview**:
Are you ready to make an impact and become part of the world leading industrial coating resins company ?
allnex is looking for a Regional Planning Lead (region EMEA, business unit LRA) passionate to work in a cross functional team to balance demand and supply as well as service with cost.
If you have strong analytical skills paired with hands-on mentality and very good communication skills, we are looking forward to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Develops and implements an inventory strategy in line with business targets to successfully meet customer needs.
- Leads and coordinates regional Sales and Operations Planning process.
- Leads crisis management within the region in case of supply/demand issues.
- Drives continual improvement of local and regional planning processes and leads/coordinates implementation of new tools and processes.
- Improves service to our customers by leading cross functional root cause analysis and relevant corrective actions.
- Taking the lead in bringing new ideas, tools and partner with digital teams to leverage on ideas to further enhance our planning capabilities.

**Required skills and experience**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in an relevant position, preferably in supply chain environment and/or chemical industry, manufacturing but also other industries and functions (manufacturing - sales - finance - engineering ).
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Very good communication skills with all levels in the organization.
- “Change agent” with ability to implement innovative processes / practices and challenge the Status Quo.
- Preferred having experience with IT project implementation or Continuous improvement projects in Supply Chain or manufacturing area.

**Qualifications**:

- University / Master degree ideally in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management/Administration, Engineering.
- Alternative successful track history in similar position.
