We are inviting you, an experience orchestrator of maintenance and engineering, technical project leader in a role of Maintenance and Engineering Manager for allnex site in Werndorf As a **Maintenance and Engineering Manager** you will be responsible for the technical availability and appropriate maintenance of all assets as well as for investment planning and project implementation on site. You are accountable continuous improvement and further development of all assets while ensuring high standards regarding cost efficiency, quality and SHE in compliance with legal requirements. You will become a significant member of site leadership team, reporting line to the Site Manager. **Responsibilities**: - Cost-effective maintenance of all production assets and facilities on site, as well as preparation, control and compliance with the annual maintenance budget - Preparation and execution of the annual and multi-year site investment planning and in-time/on-budget execution of the on-site capital projects - Constant optimization of the maintenance strategy as well as technical optimization and development of the assets, allowing high asset availability at competitive cost for a developing product portfolio - Support and further development of the maintenance and engineering organization in line with the core values of the company - Develop and establish "best-in-class" processes and work procedures in the technical area - Systematic assurance of the compliance of existing, new and modified plants as well as of the applied processes with legal/official and Seveso requirements - Network within the global allnex organization to identify optimization potential - Act as major service partner for Werndorf’s production/site organization **Required skills and experience**: - Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) - At least 10 years professional experience in the field of technology, experience in the field of chemistry or process industry would be an advantage - Experience in leading and further developing both, a maintenance and engineering team - Proven project management skills, experience with large scale investment projects management (1 mlj. Eur and more) - Good communication and negotiating skills, well developed diplomatic tactics, interpersonal collaboration with respect to D&I - Fast thinker, strategic mind-set combined with a clear focus on execution, hands-on personality - Analytical thinking, diligence and reliability - Strong data-savviness and ability to deal with complexity, seeing the big picture and able to consider people, data, and infrastructure in a cross-functional way for a seamless transformation across the organization - Business fluency in written and spoken German and English **We offer**: - We are proud to offer an international working experience with a tight-knit network of employees, making it easy to connect and learn from people all across our different functions.
