**Position overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and propose solutions for customer needs using allnex's product range
- Develop new business opportunities for gelcoats and UP resins in EMEA
- Generate ideas for new product/solution development based on market and customer needs
- Collaborate with lab resources, analyze results, and recommend actions based on chemical and engineering information
- Execute a customer visit plan in agreement with NBD Lead
- Interpret and communicate test results to global cross-functional teams
- Lead or participate in Stage Gate projects
- Promote gelcoats and UP resins through presentations, publications, and trade shows
- Troubleshoot issues for customers using Allnex's technologies
- Develop networks within Allnex's technical communities to find solutions and achieve objectives
- Provide monthly and quarterly project status reports and present work internally and externally
- Conduct training for distributors and agents as needed
- Travel up to 50% may be required.

**Required skills and experience**:

- Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related field.
- 10+ years of technical service experience in the gelcoats industry.
- Commercially-minded with a proven track record of developing new business opportunities in the composite markets.
- Resourceful problem-solver who can balance commercialization speed with scientific rigor in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English; good working knowledge of German is preferred.
