**Position overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for inventory levels, safety stocks and reorder points of raw materials and finished goods.
- Forecasting for major RM for procurement and monthly update.
- Handling call-off orders, order confirmations and follow up with suppliers to meet delivery requirements.
- Creation of process orders and production schedule of assigned finished goods to meet customer expectations.
- Entering complaints and tracking improvements of service from vendors.
- Handling intercompany transfer orders between allnex plants.
- Support review and handling of slow moving and off
- spec material.
- Preparation of reports and KPIs (e. g. safety stocks, open orders, service levels, ).
- Perform root cause analysis for lost time incidents due to missing raw materials and take actions to avoid recurrence.

**Required skills and experience**:

- Work experience in raw material or production planning preferred.
- Solid IT knowledge (PPS/ERP systems, MS Office/advanced Excel skills, preferably SAP experience).
- Very good German and English language is mandatory
- Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills with hands
- on mentality.
- Flexibility with strong ability to organize and prioritize according to needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Associates degree preferred
