Das Projekt Süderweiterung hat gestartet: Bis 2027 entsteht auf unserem Airport eine zusätzliche Terminalfläche von 70.000 m² nach modernsten Standards. Die vom Center Management betreute Einkaufs
- und kulinarische Landschaft wächst damit um etwa 50 % auf insgesamt 30.000 m² und soll von qualitativen Anbietern mit starken internationalen und lokalen Marken bespielt werden. Begleite diese Entwicklung von Beginn an und arbeite bei der Weiterentwicklung des Shoppingcenters und der Marktplätze am Flughafen mit.**Aufgaben**:

- Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Shop
- und Gastronomiekonzepten in Zusammenarbeit mit den Betreibern
- Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von bestehenden Konzepten in Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktmanagern Retail und F&B
- Projektleitung von Neu
- und Umbauprojekten in der Rolle des Auftraggebers (Kosten, Termine, Qualität)
- Anfertigung von Illustrationen, Plandarstellungen und Konzeptzeichnungen
- Koordination, Überwachung und Dokumentation von Instandhaltungs
- und Wartungsaufträgen der Shop
- und Gastronomielokale

**Profil**:

- Hoher Grad an Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung
- Verständnis für die Arbeit eines Center Managements sowie den Produkten und Marken
- Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Projekten sowie Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse
- Kenntnisse über kommerzielle Betriebsanlagen und deren Anforderungen
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, Auto-CAD, Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Kreativität, Zielstrebigkeit, Verlässlichkeit
- Teamplayer
- Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Eigeninitiative
- Gute Kommunikations
- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

**Ausbildung**:

- Bautechnische
- und/oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Einschlägige Ausbildung im Projektmanagement
