The Finance and Controlling Department is responsible for Sportradar Group accounting, including reporting, controlling, budget and bookkeeping. Finance gets things running smooth and fast.

We are currently looking for a Procurement Manager for mainly IT-based goods & services for 24 months as maternity leave coverage. The responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers to satisfy our premium quality demand as well as best ways to optimize procurement expenses.

THE CHALLENGE:

- Discover suppliers and initiate business partnerships and maintaining these relationships.
- Negotiate with external vendors.
- Setting up procurement processes and monitoring/improving on policies.
- Preparation/negotiation of contracts and tender management.
- Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.
- Continuously monitor and improve the quality of service provided.
- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
- Examine existing contracts.
- Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders/teams.
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends and innovations.
- Track costs to optimize expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Control spending.

YOUR PROFILE:

- Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
- Proven working experience in IT environments (Microsoft Dynamics would be a plus)
- Experience developing procurement processes
- Previous experience in procurement would be a plus
- Experience in preparing contracts and negotiating with suppliers
- Interest in the IT market
- Strong stakeholder management working across international locations
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other language will be considered as a plus.

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
