Campus Recruitment Coordinator

As we continue our growth, we are seeking to add an ambitious and driven recruitment coordinator to support our campus talent acquisition team across the EMEA Region. This role will be responsible for coordinating recruiting efforts for on-campus events, summer programs and entry-level professionals. We are searching for someone who wants to be a valued contributor and can be a detail oriented, efficient multi-tasker with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. As an ambassador to the internal organization, your role is to ensure we provide an exceptional experience at all touch points in the recruitment process.

Your role within the team will be:

- Support summer internship programs, including onboarding administration, tracking and reviewing assignments and evaluations, event planning and attendance, and budget tracking.
- Responsible for campus event registrations, attendees’ participation coordination, materials shipment and transportation.
- Assist with on campus marketing activities, interacting with universities and other activities related to student hiring.
- Analyzing on campus results and strategizing for annual on campus events and activities, including diversity in partnership with the campus recruiters.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide high-quality service and partner effectively with diverse groups of people at various levels within the organization as well as external contacts.
- Ability to self-manage and work independently in a hybrid, and in-office setting.
- Other administrative duties as assigned to support the business needs of the department.

**Qualifications**:
What we’re seeking in you:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- 1-2 years of professional experience
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize multiple assignments while ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Independent and self-motivated to bring new ideas/new ways to reach top talent.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting.
- Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
