Our Austrian branch and its 300 employees enjoy the dynamics as well as the development potential of a startup, but is backed up and supported by the corporate group. Our platform and team runs fully independent. We are measured by results. But the decision on how to achieve them is fully on us.

The position is based in **Vienna**, Austria and we offer an **unlimited full-time (40 hours/week)** contract.

**That’s on your menu**:

- Overall responsibility for marketing strategy in Austria, including the areas Campaigns, PR, Performance, Content, and Partnerships
- Management, leadership and development of 10 employees from the local marketing department
- Implementation of a unified marketing strategy
- Responsibility for marketing campaigns that include both online and offline channels
- Budget, reporting and KPI responsibility for the individual sub-areas - measuring success of marketing activities is a key focus area
- As part of the Austrian Management Team, you will be responsible for supporting and driving the overall company strategy

**What you bring to the table**:

- Extensive experience in marketing leadership roles with increasing scope and complexity in dynamic fast-paced environments
- You have a hands-on mentality and want to make a big impact with your work.
- You are experienced in working with operational issues and quantitative analysis and have a strong technical and data affinity.
- You already have experience with people management and building teams in a dynamic environment.
- You are an outgoing personality, have a great sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and excellent conceptual skills.
- You have ideally a degree in marketing, business administration, economics or a comparable course of study to round up your practical experience.
- You are fluent in German and English.
