**Beschreibung**:
In dieser Position ist ihr chemisches Wissen und ihre Kreativität bei der Entwicklung neuer Produkte und deren analytischer Untersuchung gefragt sowie die Optimierung des bestehenden Produktportfolios. Sie betreuen Produkte des Bereichs Surfacing Materials vom Labormaßstab bis zum Scale-Up in der Produktion und unterstützen die technische Produktapprobation beim Kunden.

**Ihre Hauptaufgaben**:

- Leitung von Produktentwicklungsprojekten
- Verantwortungsvolles Führen von Mitarbeitern sowie konstruktives Arbeiten in Teams
- Erstellen von Laborrezepturen und vor allem zu Beginn Durchführung von Harzsynthesen (Polymerisation von Acrylaten, Epoxyacrylaten, Urethanacrylaten, Isocyanaten,)
- Chemisch/physikalische Analysen und Tests der hergestellten Bindemittel
- Begleitende Unterstützung der Produktion bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Betriebsversuchen im großtechnischen Maßstab

**Ihre Qualifikationen und persönliche Eigenschaften**:

- Einschlägige chemische Ausbildung (Studium/TU/FH)
- Interesse an organischer Synthesechemie/Polymerchemie
- Verantwortungsvolles Arbeiten mit gefährlichen Stoffen (zB Isocyanate)
- Eigeninitiative, Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Programme, Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Strukturierte genaue Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
