**Customer Engagement Specialist (M/F/d)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develops field-based customer & patient journey and account strategy including account plan, regular reviews of the account plan and making informed decisions on the strategy
- Creates and implements marketing materials, services, and tools in close collaboration with customers and the cross functional team
- Maximizes account performance by understanding multiple interdependencies within an account, considering customer goals and needs, providing value-based offerings and building long-term relationships through collaborative business planning processes and approaches
- Holds regular account coordination and review meetings which act as a forum of information sharing, providing status updates, coordination & initiating course corrections related to key account
- Is up to date with external environment knowledge, market trends, trending and digital technologies and solutions through curiosity and self-study
- Demonstrates highest ethical principles in accordance with local law, companies SOPs, and regulations New Payroll system documentation, process optimization and continuous improvement

**Qualifications**
- Experience working in a customer facing role and Marketing is required
- Experience working in the health industry including deep understanding of local HC- and reimbursement system
- Previous Oncology experience would be preferred
- Experience in delivering customer-oriented solutions
- Excellent communication skills including planning and delivering ideas and information to others in an impactful manner
- Business & Financial Acumen: understands and applies economic, financial and industry data to make informed business decisions
- Influencing/ Negotiation skills: ability to understand both internal and customer perspectives to build a strategy for financial and value-based negotiation
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing/new responsibilities related to portfolio shift/ new indications/new therapeutic areas
- High affinity to digital tools and omnichannel engagement concepts
- Strong MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) expertise
- Strong familiarity with CRM tools (Veeva Salesforce)
- Fluent in German (spoken and written) and good understanding of English
