DHL Air (Austria) GmbH is a new cargo airline founded in 2021, and is a subsidiary of Deutsche Post DHL (DPDHL) Group. The prime focus of the airline is to operate for the EU network with a fleet of Boeing 757 aircraft. The headquarters of the airline is located in Vienna, main crew base is currently in Leipzig, delivering our customer promise of Excellence. Simply Delivered. During the course of a new project of adding four Boeing 767s to the existing fleet, we’re looking forward to expanding our staff in Vienna.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform all organizational and administrative duties in an autonomous coordination for the Senior Director Flight Operations.

**YOUR TASKS**:

- Support the Senior Director Flight Operations in organizational and administrative matters
- Be the competent point of contact within the Flight Operations Department as well as for external partners
- Take over appointment coordination and travel planning
- You monitor timelines for projects and tasks
- You plan and coordinate Assessment Center for internal Flight Operations promotions
- Prepare presentations and take meeting minutes
- You keep databases up to date and precisely monitor expiry dates
- Take over all organizational tasks for the Senior Director Flight Operations
- Monitor cosmic-radiation exposure limits
- Take over all pilot-uniform related matters such as initial order/ reorder
- process/ adjustments and accounting control
- Manage Company property for pilots

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You possess strong communication skills and can build effective working relationships easily;

- You are well organized and have a good overview on various topics;

Professional:

- At least 5 years of previous work experience,Preferably pre
- experience in an airline or air transport environment
- Successfully completed education
- You have excellent working knowledge of English and German in both written and spoken forms;
- You are proficient at using Microsoft 365;
- Preferably SAP and/ or AIMS system knowledge;
