**Unternehmensbeschreibung**
Als Teil unseres globalen People&Culture Teams trägst du als Workplace Experience Specialist dazu bei, eine einmalige Arbeitsumgebung zu schaffen (vor Ort, aber auch remote), die die Werte und Kultur von Dynatrace widerspiegelt.

Du unterstützt unser hybrides Team von 100 Mitarbeitern am Bürostandort Grünwinkel: Altenberger Str. 81, 4040 Linz
**Stellenbeschreibung**
- Als erster Kontakt am Empfang lebst du die kulturellen Werte von Dynatrace und sorgst für eine außergewöhnliche Arbeitsatmosphäre, in der sich alle wohlfühlen
- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit unserem Team Initiativen, die die Kultur von Dynatrace stärken und das zu einem positiven Arbeitsklima beitragen
- Du unterstützt global Verantwortliche mit lokalem Fachwissen während der Implementierungsphase globaler Tools und Prozesse (z. B. Finanzen & Beschaffung).
- Du übernimmst das Besucher-Management im Office und bereitest Workshops vor
- Du unterstützt bei Bestellungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Beschaffungsteam, kümmerst dich um Büromaterialien und stellst sicher, dass die Mitarbeiter:innen-Verpflegung gewährleistet ist
- Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit unserem People Operations Team an der Verbesserung und Gewährleistung von Employee Benefits vor Ort
- Du bist erste/r Ansprechpartner/in für unsere neuen Dynatracer, stellst sicher, dass sie von ihrem ersten Tag an bei Dynatrace willkommen fühlen und begleitest sie bei Ihrem Onboarding-Prozess

**Qualifikationen**
- Erfahrung im Büromanagement oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle in einem schnelllebigen, multikulturellen und sich rasch verändernden Umfeld.
- Interesse an Facility Management.
- Fähigkeit, mehrere Prioritäten gleichzeitig zu jonglieren und dabei Fristen einzuhalten.
- Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Prozesse zu optimieren.
- Teamplayer mit Freude an der Zusammenarbeit.
- Hands-on-Mentalität und Talent zum Multitasking.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Organisationsfähigkeiten.
- Lösungsorientiertes Denken.
