**Nach dem Abschluss unserer 80-Millionen-Dollar-Finanzierungsrunde der Serie B mit dem weltweit renommierten Tech-Fonds Sequoia Capital in diesem Frühjahr befinden wir uns nun in einer rasanten Hyper Wachstumsphase. Wir suchen jetzt einen neuen Kollegen oder eine neue Kollegin als Implementation Manager in Wien**

Du arbeitest gerne mit Kunden zusammen, hast ein technisches Verständnis für Geschäftsanwendungen, bist sehr kundenorientiert und verfügst über hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um unsere Kunden zu beraten und ihnen Lösungswege anzubieten.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du übernimmst die Leitung von Implementierungsprojekten für mittlere und große Kunden - vom Kick-off bis zum Go-Live
- Du koordinierst du alle Projektphasen und begleitest unsere Kunden, von der Anforderungserhebung bis zur Testphase durch einen regelmäßigen Austausch mit dem Kunden
- Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Softwarelösung schnell und erfolgreich im Rahmen des Zeitplans implementiert wird und legst damit den Grundstein für einen langfristigen Erfolg des Kunden
- Du nimmst an regelmäßigen Besprechungen mit Teammitgliedern und den Kunden teil, um über den aktuellen Stand des Projekts zu informieren, Projektprobleme zu lösen und Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Teil deiner Aufgabe ist auch unser Train-the-Trainer-Approach in dem du unseren Kunden aufzeigst und erklärst wie sie Yokoy nutzen können
- Du Identifizierst Potenziale zur Erweiterung des Funktionsumfangs von Yokoy und trägst aktiv zur stetigen Verbesserung unserer Produkte bei

**Was du mitbringst**:
Bei einem Scaleup zu arbeiten bedeutet, sich ständig selbst herauszufordern. Du siehst persönlichen Herausforderungen leidenschaftlich entgegen, weil Du eine steile Lernkurve schätzt, an der Du wachsen kannst. Du bist bereit für Situationen, die Dich aus Deiner Komfortzone herausbringen und übernimmst Verantwortung für deinen eigenen Aufgabenbereich, eingebettet ins Team.
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement für Digitalisierung, Finance Transformation oder Softwareimplementierung sowie der Betreuung von Kunden
- Hervorragende Kenntnisse in Umgang mit verschiedenen IT-Architekturen und Schnittstellen, Finance-Erfahrung von Vorteil
- Kundenorientierter Ansatz sowie gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein effizienter, lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil
- Erfahrung mit SaaS/Cloud-Lösungen sind ein Plus
- Ausgezeichnete (und überzeugende) Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Fließende Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich. Weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus (z.B. Französisch)
