What you’ll do:

- As member of the Bioprocess Product and Application Support group (BPAS) you will be part of a highly motivated team and the first point of contact in EMEA for all technical inquiries related to the Bioprocess portfolio, from upstream to downstream technologies.
- Work in in Salesforce (SFDC) Case Management
- Ensure timely written and/or verbal communication to internal and external customers specific to product
- Drive urgent resolution for customer product complaints while maintaining accurate records in our digital Quality Management System, escalate critical risk complaints as appropriate
- Assist external and internal customers with product documentation, certificates, validation guides, datasheets, regulatory related inquires, etc.
- You will work desk based with occasional customer visits

Who you are:

- Master / bachelor’s in engineering or science
- Experience in Biotechnology related hardware, software and consumables
- Good at building trust with customers and peers by coordinating and presenting solutions to customers, considering insights from other internal teams
- Positive attitude and ability to embrace change
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written are essential.
- Fluency in two or more European languages

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

- Technical sales experience (field or desk based)

The salary for this full-time position is approximately €63,000 gross annual salary, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
A bonus is included as part of this position.
