**Our business**
**Your role**:
- Steer preparation of management reports, provide detailed explanations for result deviations, discuss with and give steer to management
- Lead, coordinate and supervise efficient planning process for OGMT, challenge input, align final plan with senior management from OGMT
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights on specific issues.
- Establish and enforce efficient operational procedures for the area of responsibility. Ensure uniform use of controlling tools and systems (e.g. SAP, Endur, TM1, etc.)
- Challenge processes to increase efficiency and promptness of the monthly, quarterly and yearly closing, as well as reduce redundancy.
- Steer and lead further conceptual development of the reporting tools and reporting content. Periodically review and adjust leading KPIs to changing business requirements.
- Develop financial steering model ensuring all relevant activities and performance drivers are properly captured.
- Set-up initiatives to optimize business performance, cost and working capital.
- Manage cooperation between business and controlling with the aim to optimize processes, tasks, ideas and information flow
**Your profile**:
- You have a Master Degree in Business Administration or Finance
- You have minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience
- You have extensive knowledge across own discipline and excellent understanding of the business context, all interfaces and interdependencies and manages complex workflows with other disciplines, excellent understanding of the value drivers of the business
- You have profound experience in controlling, accounting, finance and energy business and/or technical functions
- You have deep knowledge of all finance relevant management tools, methods and standards
- You have excellent knowledge of OMV Controlling and Finance IT tools (TM1, HFM, Palantir, SAP)
- You have excellent communication, analytical, conceptual and leadership skills
- You have the ability to act as a self standing professional, stress tolerance, conflict management ability in a dynamic and complex environment
- You have lateral and entrepreneurial thinking and you are flexible and pro-active
- You have demonstrated strong analytical, communication and influencing skills, and exceptional interpersonal leadership
- You speak fluent English
