Together with your team, you will be responsible for the implementation, design, and further development of our training curricula and learning programs to best support and develop our employees’ skills and careers.

**Your Tasks**:

- Act as a learning and development partner for specific business areas within the TTTech Group
- Implement, design, and further develop TTTech Academy training and learning programs
- Design and moderate assessment centers and HR-initiated events such as Team Days or workshops
- Continuously develop the yearly performance management process and monitor personnel development including audits and reports
- Provide support and advice for internal trainers and managers to strengthen the learning culture

**Your Profile**:

- Completed university degree in the field of business (HR, business administration, pedagogics or similar)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field of personnel development or training management
- Passionate about learning & development
- Open to new ideas and dynamic environments
- Excellent communication skills and hands-on mentality
- First experience working in an international organization would be a plus
- Excellent English and German (at least C1 level)
