**Business Development Manager Austria & Switzerland **(m/w/d)**
**The Purpose of the role**:
Manage and extend the business in Austria and Switzerland and acting as a single point of contact for customers in the region.
- Expand the existing relationships with customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- To look for opportunities growing the business, whether through partnerships or new initiatives
- In collaboration with the key account department identifying and evaluating international business opportunities by keeping an eye on business best practices, trends, and principals
- Manage bids and tenders on new projects and negotiate contract terms
- Communicate with parties in a contract so that all understand the terms, particularly a contract's financial aspects
- Analyze data and create reports to identify areas of business growth.
- Manage daily company operations
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Resolving issues with contracts, the commercial operations and problems faced by customers
**Your profile**:
- A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or an equivalent working experience
- Good understanding of logistic operations as well as supply chain
- and load carrier management
- Knowledge of retail management best practices and buying process of FMCG/Retailers
- A confident personality with strong communication skills as well as experience in sales providing solutions, based on customer needs
- Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
- Experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills
- Proficient in English and German. French language skills would be an advantage
