**Why we are looking for you**:
We are a motivated and agile team with significant responsibilities and even bigger goals. As a (Junior) Outbound Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for all top-of-the-funnel sales and marketing activities, creating the basis for even faster customer growth. You have a passion for challenges, love contact with customers, and have an affinity for financial topics.

**Your tasks**:

- Development and expansion of outbound activities for lead generation
- Responsibility and use of various automation tools
- Identification of potential customer clusters and creation of lead lists
- Development of appropriate positioning in outreach
- KPI-based monitoring of all top-of-the-funnel activities in the sales pipeline
- Responsibility for CRM
- Key interface with management, marketing, and sales team

**What we are looking for**:

- Initial work experience in a startup or FinTech environment, with automation tools or in business development or marketing is an advantage
- Willingness to quickly take on responsibility
- Hands-on mentality
- Confident handling of Microsoft Excel & LinkedIn
- A data-driven approach to work
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in marketing automation is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German and English
