Platform Team Manager

Our software development kits enable companies to work smarter and faster, saving time and expenses along the way, while effectively replacing the need for paper processes.
**What You Will Do**
We are building out our Platform team, to support both existing functions and services as well as an expanded set of internal and external services, in the coming months.
As our Platform Team Manager, your objective is to make sure that the company’s infrastructure and DevOps requirements and strategy are successfully met, intelligently planned, and continuously improved.
- Contribute to design and implementation of Platform strategy
- Work directly with team members to define team objectives, workflows, and projects
- Collaborate with individual product engineering teams to facilitate optimal use of infrastructure
- Maintain regular 1-on-1s and quarterly reviews with team members to define personal objectives, work on individual performance goals, and match company objectives with personal ambition
- Supervise team projects and ensure their execution remains in line with company objectives
- Delegate and assign team tasks that leverage individual strengths or aspirations
- Maintain shared knowledge in the team, and structure necessary training
- Assist with development and reviews
- Work on a fully remote team, manage your own time, and help solve interesting problems
**About You...**
- 3 or more years of experience working on backend services, cloud technologies & implementing DevOps practices.
- Experience managing an engineering team
- Experience prioritizing a diverse set of work streams for your team
- Experience leading projects that require interaction with multiple stakeholders across different company departments
- Open to receiving and providing feedback - both positive and negative
