Tasks
- Advising your clients on filling specialist and management positions both at home and abroad
- Acquisition of new clients for the purpose of

expanding your existing client base
- Establishing and maintaining long-term client

relationships

quality and service standards

**Requirements**:

- Completed university studies and several years of professional experience in executive search
- You are an expert in the industries you work in and

have a wide range of specialist knowledge
- Resilient network of clients and interlocutors is

available
- Your communication and sales strengths form the basis

for your first-class consulting performance
- Proven success in building and expanding your business

over the past several years
- You bring the necessary enthusiasm and the will to

continue to be successful
- In your way of working you are very structured and conscientious,

even under time pressure
- You are an open-minded, dynamic personality with a

high degree of initiative, self-motivation, persistence as well as goal orientation
- Furthermore you are an entrepreneurial thinking and acting personality
