**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Supporting the Head of Test & Data Factory and two Skill Teams (Test Facility Operation & Tech Center Support) in operational tasks
- Office management, including
- Appointment planning/coordination (meetings, conferences, workshops etc.)
- Planning and coordination of customer visits
- Coordination of job interviews
- Travel management (travel preparation, visa coordination, travel expense accounting)
- Cost monitoring of clearing accounts and cost centers
- Management of employee absence requests
- Ordering via SAP
- Taking minutes in various meetings, tracking tasks
- Project maintenance in proCalc / proWizard
- Communication interface to internal and external stakeholders
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Completed training (Apprenticeship, Commercial Academy) with a focus on the commercial sector
- At least 5 years of professional experience as an assistant or team assistant
- Knowledge of SAP advantageous
- Independent, proactive and detail-oriented way of working with the ability to maintain absolute discretion
- Ability to organize and work in a team
- Assertiveness
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills

**Annual Remuneration**:Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €40,465.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
