Aufgaben

  • Du begrüßt unsere Gäste mit einem Lächeln und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlen
  • Du stehst unseren Gästen mit hilfreichen Tipps und wichtigen Informationen zur Seite
  • Du hilfst unseren Fluggästen beim Self-Check-in und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf beim Boarding
  • Du kümmerst dich herzlich um alleinreisende Kinder und begleitest sie sicher auf ihrem Weg
  • Du informierst und leitest unsere Gäste gezielt, damit sie sich am Flughafen bestens orientieren und ihren Anschlussflug rechtzeitig erreichen.

Voraussetzungen

  • Du bist mindestens 18 Jahre alt
  • Du liebst den Kontakt mit Menschen aus verschiedenen Kulturen und freust dich darauf, ihnen mit deiner Gastfreundschaft ein unvergessliches Reiseerlebnis zu bieten
  • Du fühlst dich im Flughafen-Flair wohl und möchtest Teil eines internationalen Teams werden
  • Du trittst stets gepflegt und souverän auf und kannst mit deinem Lächeln punkten
  • Du bist kommunikativ und gehst offen und freundlich auf andere zu
  • Du findest für jede Herausforderung eine Lösung und bewahrst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und kannst dich sicher ausdrücken
  • Du besitzt eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis für Österreich oder die EU-Staatsbürgerschaft
