Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und operative Führung des Customer Service & Order Management Teams

  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden sowie Beantwortung allgemeiner Anfragen

  • Erfassung, Abwicklung und Ausschreibung von Kundenaufträgen inkl. Prüfung der Warenverfügbarkeit

  • Erstellung von Auftragsbestätigungen, Lieferscheinen, Rechnungen und Gutschriften

  • Koordination der Disposition und Überwachung von Lieferterminen

  • Nachverfolgung von Rückständen sowie Pflege und Dokumentation relevanter Auftragsdaten

  • Unterstützung bei Retouren- und Reklamationsfällen (z. B. Mengenabweichungen, Falschlieferungen)

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Logistik und Produktion zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Auftragsabwicklung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Auftragsabwicklung, Customer Service oder Order Management

  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder Bereitschaft, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen

  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Kostenbewusstsein

  • Analytisches, lösungsorientiertes Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Schnittstellen

  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Office, SAP-Erfahrung von Vorteil

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
