Umweltmanager (m/w/d)
Über uns:
Bunge ist ein weltweit führendes Agrar- und Lebensmittelunternehmen. Wir suchen, vorerst als Elternzeitvertretung befristet für 1 Jahr, einen engagierten und erfahrenen Umweltmanager (m/w/d) für unser Werk in Bruck an der Leitha, Österreich. In dieser Position tragen Sie maßgeblich dazu bei, die Umweltkultur in unserem Werk zu fördern und die Einhaltung der Umweltschutzbestimmungen zu gewährleisten.

Ihre Aufgaben
:

  • Förderung eines umweltbewussten Verhaltens der Mitarbeiter
  • Beratung der Betriebsleitung in Umweltschutzfragen
  • Koordination interner und externer Funktionsträger (Abfall-, Abwasser-, Giftbeauftragte, Behörden etc.)
  • Leitung von Projekten und Aktivitäten im Bereich Umweltsicherheit
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Rundgänge zur Kontrolle der Umweltauflagen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Umweltpolitik von Bunge und der gesetzlichen Vorschriften
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung des Gefahrenabwehrplans
  • Erstellung interner und externer Umweltberichte
  • Durchführung von Umwelt-Schulungen für Mitarbeiter und Fremdfirmen
  • Erstellung monatlicher Umweltberichte
  • Planung und Umsetzung jährlicher Umweltziele
  • Teilnahme am "Bunge Environmental Network"
  • Teilnahme an Schulungen und Audits
  • Behebung von Umweltschwachstellen bzw. Einstellen von umweltschädlichen Arbeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Umwelt, Lebensmittel oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umweltmanagement
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Visio etc.)
  • Teamfähigkeit, Führungskompetenz, Innovationsfähigkeit und Problemlösungskompetenz

Es gelangt der Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte der Nahrungs- und Genussmittelindustrie zur Anwendung. Für die ausgeschriebene Position bieten wir ein Mindestgrundgehalt von 46.191,-- Euro brutto pro Jahr. Die Höhe der Überzahlung bestimmt sich auf Basis der konkreten Qualifikation sowie der relevanten Erfahrung.
