The Role We are seeking a motivated Broker Assistant to join our Brighton team. In this role you will provide essential support to our Account Directors, Account Managers and the broader broking team. This role offers exposure to a variety of clients and insurance solutions, providing an excellent foundation for professional growth within the industry. Key Responsibilities Support and provide assistance to brokers Collaborate with the team to develop and implement client service strategies Prepare client presentations, reports, and documentation Assist in obtaining and processing insurance renewals Help with the preparation of quotations and endorsements Follow up on outstanding accounts and payments Provide high-quality customer service by responding to client enquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Attend client meetings occasionally, supporting the Account Director About You Prior experience in the insurance industry is highly regarded but not essential Willingness to obtain Tier 2 Accreditation within the first 4 months (supported by the team) Commitment to completing Tier 1 Accreditation following Tier 2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of administrative capability and strong attention to detail Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and career-focused with a genuine interest in professional development A proactive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering excellent client service Why Join Us?
