Are you motivated, detail-driven and passionate about finance? We're looking for a Broker Assistant to join our well-established mortgage broking team in Footscray. If you thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and want to be part of a business that truly values its people, this role is for you. As our Broker Assistant, you'll support our brokers across customer service, loan administration and end-to-end lending processes. You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience and ensuring every file progresses smoothly and compliantly. Key Responsibilities Maintain and nurture our existing portfolio of clients Coordinate settlements from unconditional approval through to settlement Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, conveyancers and other stakeholders Manage post-settlement client care, including 3, 6 and 12-month check-ins Order valuations and request special pricing from lenders Gather current loan, property and financial data Track construction loan progress and documentation Complete data entry and file management within our CRM systems About You Experience in banking, broker support or loan processing (preferred) Strong understanding of home loan processes; exposure to commercial or asset finance is a bonus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confident communicator and a genuine passion for client service Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities A team player who enjoys problem solving and getting things done What We Offer A supportive and collaborative team culture Exposure to a diverse range of lenders and lending scenarios Ongoing training, mentorship and career development opportunities A stable, reputable business where your contribution truly matters If you're ready to grow your career in finance and join a team that values excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
