The Role
Produce video and other digital content for triple j's networks, including Double j, Unearthed and triple j, for vertical platforms. The days will be engaging and varied as you pull together your people skills and problem-solving skills to produce and edit videos across a calendar of well-known ABC music programs music brands. The role will include:
Setting up, filming and editing live studio performances, including Like a Version, with multi camera setups and lighting plans.
Assisting with production of video content for triple j events, live festival broadcasts, special events and station campaigns.
Establishing best practice and optimisation of vertical video content for third-party platforms including YouTube Shorts, Instagram and TikTok.
Supporting other triple j teams including Digital, Hack and Unearthed to produce best practice vertical video content.

About You
You have experience developing and producing accessible and relevant social media content for a variety of audiences (including young audiences) and multi-camera shooting and editing skills. Your other skills and experience will also include:
Experience using digital editing systems such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop, with knowledge and experience in animation or motion graphics.
Understanding of shooting, editing and storytelling conventions across various genres, including factual, comedy and live music.
Strong knowledge of social media and best practice use of video across various platforms e.g., formats, durations, thumbnails, titles.
