What you’ll be doing The primary purpose of the role is to drive a coordinated, collaborative and strategically aligned approach to planning, monitoring and evaluation across the Cancer Institute NSW ensuring alignment to the NSW Cancer Plan, Future Health Strategy and the Performance Agreement between the Institute and the NSW Ministry of Health to support the effective achievement against all objectives. Remuneration/Benefits In addition to base salary: 12% superannuation 4 weeks annual leave (plus 17.5% leave loading) 10 days sick leave 40 hours per week which include accrual of monthly Allocated Day Off (ADO) x 12 per year. Essential requirements Graduate qualifications in Public Health and/or equivalent professional experience in best practice planning and evaluation. Demonstrated achievement in delivering best practice organisational or system wide planning, including in complex planning environments. Demonstrated expertise and experience leading high quality evaluation and monitoring projects, including developing and implementing best-practice methodologies and tools. Demonstrated expertise in the interpretation and simple analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and in developing indicators. If successful for interview candidates must bring original copies of essential qualifications to be sighted by the panel, and one copy to provide to panel.
