Position: Part Time Customer Service Officer This part-time role requires 20-25 hours per week. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part Time Customer Service Officer to join our team. Our ideal candidate thrives in a customer service environment who loves creating long‑term relationships with clients. You are passionate, professional, solutions based and love working as part of a team. Duties include but not limited to: Greeting patients, answering calls and making appointments Patient invoicing, receipting payments and debt collection Provide administrative support for day‑to‑day clinic operations Business support services Typing and effective communication skills Qualifications and Skills: Previous customer service experience in hearing care services, pharmacy, medical or allied health highly desirable Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is required Experience with Office 365 & XERO highly desirable Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor A positive and professional attitude with a genuine passion for patient care Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail Empathetic and compassionate nature, understanding the needs of clients with hearing challenges Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and demonstrating a proactive attitude How to Apply: If you are passionate about customer service and making a difference in people's lives, we would love to hear from you Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your interest in the position and relevant experience to *******@adelaidehearing.com.au.
