THE ROLE - CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER / BUILDER LIAISON Based in our Structural & Building Materials division, the Customer Service team is responsible for providing a high level of customer service within a fast‑paced environment. To be successful in this role you will be approachable, confident, decisive, detail oriented and a team player. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES Technical aptitude to develop product knowledge and problem solve Enter and process customer orders Liase with suppliers and provide assistance to builders via phone and email Undertake quote preparation and data entry Confirm deliveries with established cut‑off times Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met Complete daily list of tasks and general administrative duties as required Answer all internal and external phone calls in a courteous and helpful manner QUALIFICATIONS | EXPERIENCE | CAPABILITIES Previous experience in an administration and/or customer service position (essential) Well‑developed communication skills – both written and verbal (essential) Strong attention to detail (essential) Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast‑paced environment Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite Knowledge of the building industry will be highly regarded A positive, ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team APPLY NOW To be considered for this position click “APPLY” now.
