The Company Our client is one of Australia’s leading agribusiness brands, with extensive domestic manufacturing facilities and established supply chains. Their vision is built on long term, sustainable success for farmers and their product is highly regarded with end user customers. They manage a number of leading brands within the retail packaged animal feed sector, and their recent growth has included expanding their range in store. The Role Reporting into the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales with their retail partners, building sustainable and long-term relationships to maximise sustainable product and business growth. Your work with retail partners will include supporting their marketing campaigns and intertwining your sales strategy with their customer base. You will also look at different opportunities to engage both the retail and end user customers at industry events and field days to ensure our clients brand is at the forefront at every opportunity. The Person To be successful in this role, you will have the following attributes; A demonstrated sales background working with retail partners, ideally working with packaged feed, pet stores and / or regional stores Experience managing a territory of customers, including developing sales plans A passion for the animal feed sector be comfortable developing relationships across the supply chain within retail resellers, Be comfortable working autonomously whilst working remotely Be self-motivated to continued to increase sales volumes and margins. #J-18808-Ljbffr
