What you'll be doing As a key member of the commercial team youll take the lead in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities while strengthening partnerships with valued clients. Your role will blend strategic planning relationship management and hands-on sales execution. Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across Australia through initiative market insight and strong relationship-building. Understand each clients unique needs and act as the key liaison between them and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients ensuring ongoing satisfaction and trust. Analyse client data performance metrics and market trends to inform strategic decisions and uncover new opportunities. What you'll need Were looking for someone who combines commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset. Youre a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in achieving measurable results. Proven experience in business development preferably within ITAD IT reuse or a related technology field. Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
